Artech’s published plate families include DuPont Cyrel and FLEXCEL NX. Plate selection depends on the job requirements, substrate, ink system, press conditions, artwork and final print application.

Plate families and published figures

These maximum figures describe plate size, not usable imaging area. The thickness starting point is not a complete list of available gauges. Confirm the required plate grade, gauge, image dimensions and compatibility for your press, ink and substrate before ordering.

Files and technical inquiry

Published file inputs include TIFF/LEN files in a ZIP archive and stepped and distorted PDF files. Provide artwork, press information, substrate, deadline and plate requirements. Use Order Now / File Requirements for the published order workflow.

Materials and production checks

Artech uses Miraclon FLEXCEL NXH and DuPont plate materials. Confirm the appropriate DuPont grade, gauge and material choice for your job; no certified-partner status is implied.

Equipment calibration and monitoring support production quality. Job-specific checks include plate floor, UV/exposure and curing requirements. The checks depend on the material and application; this is not a certification or a zero-defect guarantee.

Production timing and sample plates

Small plates or remakes may be possible the same day; substantial jobs typically take 24–48 hours. Confirm the production schedule after requirements, artwork and proof approval. Quality comes first, and production timing is separate from shipping or delivery.
