Published order workflow

Check the technical requirements

Repeat orders and production timing

For a repeat, provide the previous order number. Artech uses retained original equipment, material and settings for the repeat; any necessary substitution must be agreed with the customer.

Customer approval of the proof is required before plate production. Small plates or remakes may be possible the same day; substantial jobs typically take 24–48 hours. Confirm the job-specific schedule after requirements, artwork and proof approval. Shipping is separate.

Repeat-order assistance is handled by Artech; this website does not provide customer access to private order history, files or production settings.
